Bishop Rasby G. Mason, II founded To Our Destiny Community Development Corporation with a clear-eyed understanding of what Shreveport's communities truly need — not just resources, but the knowledge and capacity to use them effectively. His vision has shaped every program, every division, and every partnership TODCDC has built.
Resources for developing our community is of no effect if we don't educate on productive utilization and optimization!

Built From the Ground Up
TODCDC Established
Bishop Rasby G. Mason, II founded TODCDC in Shreveport, Louisiana, with a mission to address the root causes of community inequity through collaboration and education.
First Programs Launched
The organization launched its first community outreach programs, providing clothing, food, and essential social services through what would become the ICARE division.
Four Divisions Established
TODCDC expanded its impact by formalizing four distinct divisions: Housing, Youth (The Protege Club), ICARE, and Mental Health — each targeting a critical community need.
501(c)(3) Certified & Growing
As a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, TODCDC continues to grow its reach, deepen its partnerships, and expand programs that transform lives across Shreveport.
